I had been shredding...that is doing Jillian Micheal's 30-day Shred workout...then I wasn't. I am starting again. It's a great workout and all, but I hate working out. I suppose that it is a necessary evil though as I have NO plans to quit eating! I also have no desire to cut carbs, eat protein until my eyes pop out, or give up my chocolate.
I lost 1 pound this week. One. Little.Pound.
It's now a new week. I WILL workout and eat moderately.
Adventure...doing this with FIVE kiddos.
I'll let ya know how it goes!
We are a down to earth homeschooling family. We enjoy loving each other and serving Jesus. Sometimes things are running nice and smooth and other times, well we hit speed bumps!

let me know when you get all skinny so I can hate you!LOL! Enjoy your life! I've been bad lately. Chocolate, real food, meat, eggs! Yummo! I am happy and feel good. I don't know about the skinny models but hubby likes me the way I am! I will always be working out even if I don't lose a stinking pound! It makes me feel so much more energized and accomplished!
