So, its the end of March and Mr.Man is 3 months old....now is the time to re-create myself...find my real figure! I should be a pro at this...and while I know the hows...doing them is another story. How will I manage this time??? Accountability!
I am joining the sisters in a new 8 week challenge...I am going get a head start on dropping these 40 or so pounds...wow! I just announced that on the Internet! I hope you are all happy! Yes, I am 169lbs. right now...several pounds heavier than my usual after-baby curves,but not horrible.My goal is around 130lbs. Five pounds either side of that would make me a happy girl!
So, the goal is to loose 1-2 pounds per week...I need to burn 3,500 calories more than I consume to do this, and burn off a pound a week. Nursing Mr. Man is a 250 calorie kiss on the cheek. Running up and down my stairs for 15 minutes is 174 calories. And I propose to eat healthy meals and snacks in smaller portions, that will help me make my 'super-milk' as well as burn that pudge collecting on my hips and thighs!

And for those of you that don't know me...I would never wear a bikini, but who wouldn't love knowing that if they did, they'd lot awesome! And I know none of us likes to have a muffin top!
