Wednesday weigh-in

Good news...defiantly for me...I lost another half pound! That means I am down to 164.5. My goal just keeps getting closer! I shredded only on Monday last week and got back on the band wagon yesterday, so hopefully I'll have a better weigh in next week!

If you are trying or needing to lose weight, come on and join me or all of us over at the Sisterhood of Shrinking Pants...there is power in numbers, 2 or 20! I promise you will feel better and if you stick to it, see results. For my pregnant friends, aim to get 20 minutes of 'activity' in a day. 'Activity' meaning walking, swimming, heavy cleaning...Try ladies to eat a honkin' big salad each day. And for all of us, rather than say, " I can't have ..." , try saying, " I am going to let myself have ...after I reach this goal." Focusing on what you can do is much better than focusing on what you can't do.

Ah.. I hate having to lose weight. Can never seem to get around to doing the things needed. A blasting head ache stopped my plans for the gym today, but who knows; tomorrow is a new day!
